This Sali Mali Paper Cup Saucer and Spoon Set #1 from Jennifer Collier has been handcrafted in her studio in Staffordshire. 

Crafted from old copies of the iconic Welsh children's book Sali Mali. Jennifer has cut and stitched the cover of the book to create a beautiful paper cup, saucer and spoon set. She makes the previous life of the book as a part of the design, so marks, creases and foxing all add to the charm. 

Sali Mali was written by Mary Vaughan Jones and illustrated by Rowena Wyn Jones and first published in 1969, it is still a popular book to help children learn Welsh.
