Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for any returns costs unless an item is faulty or damaged. You are advised to photograph the item prior to packing. You are responsible for the condition of the item until it is received by us and therefore if an item is returned that is faulty or damaged (that was not previously damaged), or if insufficient packing has been used and damage has occurred in transit, the return may be rejected.

If a return is rejected it may be returned to you, or if the cost of return shipping is prohibitive the item will be retained by us until you have arranged and paid for shipping.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The item should be photographed from all angles and in sufficient detail to allow for any damage or defect to be inspected.

If the item you receive is faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. The refund will be made to the card used at time of order.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because we have made an error, we will also refund the return postage to MOSTYN. Otherwise, you will be responsible for such costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We cannot offer a refund on items that have been made to specifications, personalised/made to order, or on pierced earrings unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The refund will include any basic delivery charge but does not include the cost of returning the item to MOSTYN (unless the item arrived faulty or damaged).

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
