Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, except Artist Editions which will be shipped with a courier service.

First class delivery will usually take 1 - 2 working days from dispatch.

Second class delivery will usually take 3 - 5 working days from dispatch.

Special delivery will usually take 1 - 2 working days from dispatch.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 working days. We are open Tuesday - Saturday orders will be packed and dispatched between these days only.

We will not dispatch parcels on Mondays and Sundays.

Please note that these are estimated times, and that delivery may take longer during busy holiday periods.

Please note we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at the moment.

Standard UK Shipping - First Class via Royal Mail - £4.95

Standard UK Shipping - Second Class via Royal Mail - £3.95

Special Delivery via Royal Mail - £8.95 [we recommend using this method for jewellery or higher value orders].

Artists Editions* are shipped via Courier - £30.00

*with the exception of Jonathan Monk’s “Picture Post Card Posted from Post Box Pictured” which has free postage.

Rest of the World

We have temporarily paused all deliveries to outside the UK for the time being. We aim to be despatching to the Rest of the World once again as soon as possible, and we’ll keep you informed of any changes*.

Pick up in store

Free collection is available from Mostyn, 12 Vaughan Street, Llandudno, LL30 1AB. Tuesday - Saturday 10.30am - 4.30pm.

Please select the ‘Pick up’ option at the checkout.

A confirmation email will be sent to you when your purchase is ready. You will need to show a copy of your confirmation email to our shop staff when you are collecting.

Packaging

As part of Mostyn’s commitment to the environment and waste reduction, we may reuse boxes, bubble wrap and other packaging to send your order. Please try to reuse and recycle your packaging wherever possible.
