This Sali Mali Paper Spoon #1 from Jennifer Collier has been handmade in her Staffordshire based studio. 

Handcrafted from old copies of the iconic Welsh children's book Sali Mali . Jennifer has cut and stitched the cover and pages from the book to create a charming decorative paper spoon. Jennifer incorporates the previous life of the book as a part of the design, with marks, creases and foxing all adding to the charm. 

Sali Mali was written by Mary Vaughan Jones and illustrated by Rowena Wyn Jones and first published in 1969, it is still a popular book to help children learn Welsh. 

All intellectual property rights in the Licensed IP remain the sole property of Atebol Cyf.
