Opening Hours
Our shop will be open the following hours over the Christmas period:
- December 1st to 24th: Tuesday – Saturday, 10.30 – 16.30
(The shop will be open on the following Mondays in December: 1, 8, 15 and 22 December) - December 25th to January 1st: Closed
- January 2nd return to usual hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10.30 – 16.30
UK Shipping and pick up online orders in store.
Pick up in store available until 16:00 on 24/12/25
If you have opted to pick up an online order in store, please note the opening hours above. We will only be able to fulfil pick up orders during these hours.
Orders placed between the 20th and 23rd of December will be dispatched as usual but will not arrive in time for Christmas.
Orders placed between the 24th of December and the 1st of January will be dispatched when we reopen on the 2nd of January 2026.
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, except Artist Editions which will be shipped with a courier service.
First class delivery will usually take 1 - 2 working days from dispatch.
Second class delivery will usually take 3 - 5 working days from dispatch.
Special delivery will usually take 1 - 2 working days from dispatch.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 working days. We are open Tuesday - Saturday orders will be packed and dispatched between these days only.
We will not dispatch parcels on Mondays and Sundays.
Please note that these are estimated times, and that delivery may take longer during busy holiday periods.
Please note we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at the moment.
International Shipping
We have temporarily paused all deliveries to outside the UK for the time being. We aim to be despatching to the Rest of the World once again as soon as possible, and we’ll keep you informed of any changes.
Packaging
As part of Mostyn's commitment to the environment and waste reduction, we may reuse boxes, bubble wrap and other packaging to send your order. Please try to reuse and recycle your packaging wherever possible.
