Opening Hours

Our shop will be open the following hours over the Christmas period: 

  • December 1st to 24th: Tuesday – Saturday, 10.30 – 16.30
    (The shop will be open on the following Mondays in December: 1, 8, 15 and 22 December)
  • December 25th to January 1st: Closed
  • January 2nd return to usual hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10.30 – 16.30

Free UK Postage!

Order before December 19th to ensure that your parcel arrives for Christmas

Please note we can only offer UK shipping but are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at the moment.

UK Shipping

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, except Artist Editions which will be shipped with a courier service.

First class delivery will usually take 1 - 2 working days from dispatch.

Second class delivery will usually take 3 - 5 working days from dispatch.

Special delivery will usually take 1 - 2 working days from dispatch.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 working days. We are open Tuesday - Saturday orders will be packed and dispatched between these days only.

We will not dispatch parcels on Mondays and Sundays.

Please note that these are estimated times, and that delivery may take longer during busy holiday periods.

Please note we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at the moment.

International Shipping

We have temporarily paused all deliveries to outside the UK for the time being. We aim to be despatching to the Rest of the World once again as soon as possible, and we’ll keep you informed of any changes.

Packaging

As part of Mostyn's commitment to the environment and waste reduction, we may reuse boxes, bubble wrap and other packaging to send your order. Please try to reuse and recycle your packaging wherever possible.

Become a supplier to Siop Mostyn

We are always on the lookout for new and exciting products to share with our customers. Due to a busy work environment, we are unable to offer one-to-one meetings with potential suppliers in the first instance. Instead, we kindly ask you to submit information via email so we are able to consider the collection thoroughly before proceeding.

We're looking for

  • Suppliers whose work aligns with our brand - Before getting in touch, take some time to explore the kind of work we feature. Does your style complement our selection? You can get a sense of this by visiting our siop in person or browsing our website and social media.
  • Detailed descriptions - Help us understand what makes your work unique. Is it crafted using a special technique or printed on high-quality paper? Where is it produced? Highlight the details that set it apart.
  • Transparent pricing (RRP and wholesale) - Provide a clear breakdown of your pricing structure so we can see where it fits within our range.
  • Retail Showcases - We curate specific retail showcases for limited periods—your work may be considered for these special selections.
  • Sale or Return vs. Wholesale/Trade - Do you work on a sale-or-return basis, or do you prefer wholesale orders? Let us know whether you take direct orders or operate through a wholesale platform.
  • Established, new business or graduate? - We support a variety of suppliers at all stages of their career. Please let us know your current stage.

  • Greeting cards and stationery
  • Paintings [for our Ffocws retail showcases]

We can only accept submissions via email. Please send across the following information

  • An up-to-date artist CV
  • A selection of 6 – 8 good quality images of the work [jpeg only] or a link to where we can see your images
  • A brief artist statement describing your inspiration, technical details, materials and processes
  • Trade catalogue / wholesale price list and trading terms
  • Link to your website / social media
  • Where else you stock and sell your work
