12 people open their hearts about living with Autism and ADHD, including an essay by pop star Non Parry from the popular Welsh group, Eden.

The book’s editor, Non Parry, has spoken openly about her mental health and received a late diagnosis for ADHD. To include contributions from people who have been touched by ADHD and Autism as individuals and parents. The essays will discuss honestly: the good and the bad, the insecurities and the hope, the past and the way ahead.

Amongst the contributors are Elin Llwyd Morgan, Carol Parry Jones, Nath Trevett, Mali Hâf, Bronwen Lewis, Vicky Glanville, Tanwen Haf, Catrin Wager, Leian Roberts and Gruff Sol.
