With a distinctive style David Shrigley's work is best known of its ironic comments on everyday situations and human interactions. 

David's drawings are often accompanied with his deadpan humour. Reoccurring themes and random musings are found throughout his work, often capturing childlike views of the world. 

Whilst drawing is at the core of his work, he is also prolific in various other mediums including sculpture, large-scale installations, painting, animation, photography, and music. He was also a Turner Prize nominee in 2013.
