Shipping

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, except Artist Editions and some international deliveries, these items will be shipped with a courier service.

We aim to deliver all UK based purchases within 3–5 working days. Delivery times for Europe and the Rest of the World will vary between 7–24 working days. Please note that these are estimated times, and that delivery may take longer during busy holiday periods.

As part of MOSTYN’s commitment to the environment and waste reduction, we may reuse boxes, bubble wrap and other packaging to send your order. Please try to reuse and recycle your packaging wherever possible.

United Kingdom

Standard UK Shipping via Royal Mail - £3.20

Special Delivery via Royal Mail - £7.95 [we recommend using this method for jewellery or higher value orders]. 

Artists Editions* are shipped via Courier - £30.00

*with the exception of Jonathan Monk’s “Picture Post Card Posted from Post Box Pictured” which has free postage.

Europe

We have temporarily paused all orders to EU countries for the time being. We aim to be despatching to the EU once again as soon as possible, and we’ll keep you informed of any changes.

Rest of the World

We have temporarily paused all orders to orders from outside the UK for the time being. We aim to be despatching to the Rest of the World once again as soon as possible, and we’ll keep you informed of any changes.

Pick up in store 

Free collection is available from MOSTYN, 12 Vaughan Street, Llandudno, LL30 1AB. Please select the ‘Pick up’ option at the checkout. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you when your purchase is ready. You will need to show a copy of your confirmation email to our shop staff when you are collecting.
